Our manufacturer is Printful, we comply with their return policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Provide Evidence: If your item is defective or damaged, please attach a photo showing the problem.

3. Return Shipping

Printful does not cover return shipping costs for items that are not defective or incorrect.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
4. Refunds and Exchanges

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 1 to7 business days.

For exchanges, we will create a new order for the correct item once we receive the returned item.

Can I exchange a product for a different size or colour?
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you are unsure which size will fit you best, please check our size guides in the product descriptions.
